Dial-out Conferencing

Sometimes your conference calls need added security and full service from operators making the connections for you – Operator Assisted Dial-out is just that! Use this service when you need connect high profile clients and/or partners, have additional security needs so that only those requested can access the call, or if you simply would rather us handle the details of getting your parties connected quickly and efficiently.

You can either make reservations online, via fax, or by calling our reservations staff 24/7/365. Simply provide us with a list of people to call including their names and telephone numbers, the owner hosting the call, and the date and time that the call should take place. You will then receive a confirmation with the details once the call is set up in the system. At the time of the call our highly trained, professional operators will call each person and announce them as they are placed into the conference. Of course you can always retrieve the operator during the conference by dialing *0.
