Live Event: (Educational Sessions, Trade Shows, Training, Etc…)

You work hard to plan quality sessions to educate and/or train your members, employees, or key constituents. When multiple sessions occur at the same time during your event, it can potentially be logistically difficult for everyone to attend the sessions that are most valuable to them. This is where we can help!

Our experienced technicians can be available on-site to record and archive the content being delivered. Those recordings will then be synced with each speakers PPT presentation for visual content. At our studios we can then add speaker bios, any documents pertaining to the presentation, and a transcription to be displayed alongside the PPT during the archived presentation. The transcription is synced and searchable so that viewers of the archive may search for and access only the content that is of value to them.

Plus, there are a number of additional options that can increase non-dues revenue and membership retention or developing campaigns to increase attendance and/or membership. These include marketing services, technical services, pre-tests and surveys, as well as graphic design. Virtual Meetings: (Tele-Seminars and/or webinars)

Because your membership can be widely geographically dispersed, it is not always easy to get them together at a physical location to be trained or educated. Therefore, you may want to take advantage of our audio and/or web conferencing solutions to conduct a session in a virtual environment.

We can sync up the audio with the presenter's PPT presentation to create a true multimedia archive. Creating this type of content-driven product can help produce additional revenue and extend the value of any meeting.
